Manu’s career started at the iconic Taj Mahal hotel in Mumbai, India. He then went to Australia to complete his studies in hospitality. He later joined the Accor group as a Corporate Management trainee and spent couple of years working in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

After opening Grand Hyatt in Dubai, Manu moved to the UK and since then have worked for various reputable companies like the Lancashire Cricket Club, Hilton, Rezidor, Principal Hotels in senior management positions. He also had his own restaurant in Manchester. Manu’s experience varies from sporting venues, five-star hotel chains, boutique hotels, high street restaurants, cafes and gastro pubs. One of his strengths is overseeing new openings and refurbishment projects. He has helped many clients achieve delivery of profit by successful implementation of Fourth Solutions and due to his strong operational experience.

He believes in cultivating lasting relationships and seeking out best solutions for client’s needs. He currently heads up the operations of the Albion Pub in Islington, part of Elephant Hospitality. Manu is a keen runner and loves a new challenge.
